4. Payment Terms

All service fees are one-time payments due before service commencement. Payments can be made via cryptocurrency (USDT), bank transfer, or other approved methods. Fees are non-refundable once the challenge is successfully passed.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex, commodities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. While we maintain a 97%+ success rate, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes on every challenge.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only when a challenge account fails due to trading rule breaches. Clients may choose either a free retry or a full service fee refund. Refund processing takes 7-10 working days. No refunds are issued for prop firm scams or client interference.
